Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. Artists and producers also provide stage names, bios, social media links, and banking information for payouts.

Transaction Data: We collect information about orders, payments, deliveries, and reviews made through the Platform.

Communications: Messages sent through the Platform's messaging system are stored and may be reviewed for safety and policy enforcement purposes.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Platform, including pages visited, features used, and time spent.

Device Information: We collect device type, browser type, IP address, and operating system information.

With Other Users: Your public profile information (stage name, bio, reviews) is visible to other Platform users. Transaction details are shared between the relevant buyer and seller.

With Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party service providers including Stripe (payments), Cloudinary (file storage), and Resend (email). These providers are contractually bound to protect your information.

For Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information to law enforcement or other government authorities when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to our retention obligations.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights including: access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, and opt-out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@featr.com.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze Platform usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.

FEATR is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
