How does the escrow system work?
When you pay for a feature, your money goes to Stripe's secure escrow not directly to the artist. The artist only receives payment after you click Approve. If they do not deliver, you get a full refund automatically.
What if I am not happy with the feature?
You can request revisions within your package's revision limit. If the artist still cannot deliver something satisfactory, you can open a dispute and our team will review and mediate.
How long does delivery typically take?
Most artists deliver within 7 to 14 days. Some offer Rush Delivery for 24 to 48 hours at a premium. You will see the exact turnaround time on each profile before booking.
Do I own the feature once I buy it?
Purchasing a feature gives you the right to use it in your music. Exact rights depend on the package. Full Feature packages typically include promo rights. For exclusive ownership discuss it directly with the artist before booking.
How do artists get paid?
Artists receive 90 percent of every booking. Payment releases from escrow when the buyer approves delivery. Earnings accumulate in the dashboard and are paid out to their connected bank account.
